Once inside, there is a formal living & dining room, an elegant granite breakfast bar, top of the line appliances, 2 large Refrigerators, and a massive kitchen built for entertaining. This one of a kind house is what we call a ‘smart house’ meaning the entire system is wired to run off a central computer that connects to a personal server with over 700,000 movies and tv shows that can be watched at any time on any tv in the house at the click of a button.

The entire house is automated ensuring your party will be fueled by the songs playing through your smart phone. NO WIRES NEEDED the entire sound system can be controlled by your smartphone.
